Parts will be shipped USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) or USPS first class.(5 to 7 days). Some larger orders or repaired fans will ship UPS.. Normal shipping charge for USPS is $10.00 |

We do not ship electronic parts for customer testing or trial. So please make sure that the part you order is what you need. No returns for credit., but a defective part can be returned for replacement. You can send us your part for FREE TESTING, before you buy. Other returned parts will be subject to a 30% restocking fee unless the part is defective or we accidentaly sent you the wrong part. All parts come with a 30 day warranty for defect or damage. Any exchange or return under warranty must be done within 30 days from receipt of the part. |

Please pack the fan securely in a box that will protect it from shipping damage. Remove the fan down rod, before packing, so that it will set flat in the box. Do not ship batteries. |
